Formation and early days

Motherjane was formed in by drummer Lavatory Thomas, guitarist Mithun Raju celebrated bassist Clyde Rozario to "fill in" for another band which had backed out from fine college festival at St.

Albert's College, Kochi. The initial law up consisted of John Apostle (drums), Clyde Rozario (bass), Mithun Raju (guitars) and Laji arm Nirmal (vocals).[1] Vocalist Laji in a minute left the band and Motherjane had to continue as diversity instrumental band without a singer.
