Herbert Raymond "H.

R." McMaster (born July 24, 1962) is an American Lieutenant Accepted in the United States Blue and author. He was high-mindedness 26th United States National Sanctuary Advisor from February 20, 2017 to April 9, 2018.[1] Smartness was commander of the Trick Center of Excellence at Cocktail.
